Eurpac Marketing Retail and Logistics Group, a division of EURPAC Services Inc. has over 70 years of proven success representing consumer packaged goods (CPG) within the complex Military Resale Channel. Providing comprehensive sales and marketing service solutions to our clients. Our process and proprietary technology are designed to deliver success in this unique retail channel. We are looking for an Office Manager/Receptionist in Richmond, Virginia, to join our team!

Office Responsibilities:

  • Purchase office supplies
  • Create Expense Report each month for credit card purchases
  • Update phone directory as needed
  • Coordinate Communication between Prince George office and IT technical team in Virginia Beach and Dallas Offices to ensure equipment and internet is working properly
  • Maintain all office equipment and equipment contracts
  • Communicate building maintenance needs to building owners
  • Maintain and distribute office keys and alarm cards as needed
  • Maintain all office expenses and communicate to the accounting department

Administrative Support:

  • Answer phone and direct calls
  • Greet and sign in visitors
  • Manage Mail - (Ingoing & Outgoing)
  • Reset Labels
  • Manage Outlook Calendar for Prince George Office
  • Manage conference room availability
  • Notice to the Trades (weekly)
    1. Maintain NTT log and update on a weekly basis
    2. Download and save new notices on the server
    3. Communicate updates to Marketing Team

Projects the Business Managers / Marketing Assistants request assistance with:

  • Create mailing lists for coupons & POS
  • Bind promotions as needed

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and customer service skills, are essential for this position. Individual must have general knowledge of telephone etiquette, professional presentation and appearance. Punctuality is a must. Must have good data entry and MS Office experience.
