Overview

The Finance Transformation Analyst 4 is responsible for driving high-impact finance transformation initiatives leveraging data technology and process redesign to optimize financial operations and support strategic decision-making. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams including Finance IT and Business Operations to deliver scalable and efficient financial processes enhance reporting capabilities and support change management efforts across the enterprise.



What you will be doing

    Lead cross-functional finance transformation projects from discovery through implementation ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational effectiveness.

  • Evaluate existing financial processes and systems to identify inefficiencies risks and opportunities for automation simplification and optimization.

  • Design and implement process improvements using best practices in financial planning reporting accounting and analytics.

  • Collaborate with IT and Finance Systems teams to develop and implement technology solutions including ERP EPM RPA and data analytics tools.

  • Support change management efforts including documentation training and communication to drive adoption of new processes and tools.

  • Analyze large datasets and develop visual dashboards to support real-time financial insights and executive decision-making.

  • Ensure transformation initiatives are delivered on time and within budget including tracking KPIs and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.

  • Research and apply finance transformation trends benchmarks and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the function.

  • Operate as a trusted advisor on issues and trends; provide general consulting services leveraging expertise and significant best practice knowledge.

  • Operate as an innovative thought leader; contribute significantly to the overall growth and quality of the department through knowledge sharing and coaching on current best practices and market trends.

  • Mentor coach train and provide feedback to other team members; provide feedback to leadership on abilities of team.



What will make you successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field required.

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in finance accounting financial systems or transformation roles.

  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting enterprise-level finance transformation initiatives.

  • Proven track record of leveraging technology and data to drive efficiency and insights.

  • Expert Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)

  • Microsoft Windows and Office proficient

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with executive presence

  • Excellent organizational multi-tasking and time management skills

  • Excellent collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with all levels of employees in other areas

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

  • Excellent facilitation and project management skill

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department

  • Excellent data gathering interviewing and analytical/problem solving skills

  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Project management capabilities; able to work under deadlines to produce key deliverables

  • Excellent research and analysis skills including financial modeling and valuation

  • Excellent ability to use original thinking to translate goals into the implementation of new ideas and design solutions

  • Able to thrive in a fast paced deadline driven environment

  • Demonstrated ability to influence motivate and mobilize team members and business partners

  • Ability to coach mentor and provide feedback to team members in a timely manner

  • Proficient in process mapping root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies

  • Up to 5% travel time required

  • Based on individual states' employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of $108,000-$135,000 and eligible for benefits
