Is Looking for An Operation and Tech Manager I- Hybrid in Ft. Washington, PA

The Operations and Tech Manager I with Aon Business Services - Integrated Services and will support our Life, Accident and Health Program in Fort Washington, PA.

This position is for a hybrid schedule, in office and remote throughout the week.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage triage for inbound client requests, application processing, reenrollments, endorsements and claims for multiple Life Health products
  • Remove obstacles for team allowing them to attain established service level agreements with endorsing associations
  • Collaborate with offshore vendor partner, ensure production and quality expectations are maintained
  • Interact with key business stakeholders up to executive level
  • Evaluate need for system improvements based on feedback from process owners and operations teams
  • Troubleshoot and bring sophisticated issues to resolution for clients
  • Work with advanced reporting and metrics, provide analysis and report out
  • Support system testing efforts by participating in requirement discussions, overseeing user acceptance testing and validating results in warranty period
  • Manage special projects

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of business experience preferably in the insurance industry
  • Experience in Team Management, Project Management and Resource Planning
  • Self starter with operational improvement / mentality
  • Has technical expertise to accomplish complex processes/tasks
  • Experience analyzing complex issues and coming up with creative solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Strong organizational skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication; both written and verbal
  • Proactive Management Style and consistent follow-through
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred experience:

Life, Accident and Health license required within 6 months of hire

Familiar with system testing (UAT) to lead periodic platform upgrades

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant validated experience

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $90,000 to $105,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any [bonus] [production incentives] varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
