What You Will Do:
- Assists Facilities team with entering new vendors into our internal payment system
- Assists with department entering and tracking invoices within payment system. Works with vendor and Accounts Payable on any payment issues
- Serves as main point of contact for visitors and customers at our campus front reception desk
- Receives and forwards telephone calls from customers to appropriate employee or business unit
- Greets and checks-in visitors to our visitor management system. Creates guest badges and contacts hosts at campus
- Assists with conference room scheduling and room setups
- Assists with campus tour scheduling
- Responsible for the entering, organizing and reporting of our department's Great Catch / Near Miss safety observations into the Safety, Health and Environmental software system
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
Position Details:
- Plant location: Naperville, IL
- Work week and shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM with some flexibility required depending on site need
- Compensation Package Offered: $25.00 per hour
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months experience using Outlook, Teams, Excel, and other Microsoft products
- 1 year of customer service experience
Physical Demands
- May occasionally lift or move light office supplies up to 35 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with financial payment systems
- Previous reception/switchboard experience
- Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks at once
- Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The pay range for this position is $47,500.00 - $71,300.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
