STS Technical Services is hiring a Field Service Representative to support naval operations at the shipyard in Pascagoula, Mississippi. This is an exciting opportunity for skilled technicians with strong troubleshooting abilities, electro-mechanical experience, and a commitment to supporting mission-critical equipment in a high-demand naval environment.

In this role, you will provide on-site technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of advanced electro-mechanical systems. Working closely with naval personnel and internal teams, you will ensure equipment operates reliably and meets all quality and performance standards. Your work will directly impact operational readiness and client satisfaction.

• Deliver routine and advanced technical support for equipment setup, testing, maintenance, and modification
  
• Troubleshoot system and component failures using schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
  
• Perform hands-on repairs using hand tools and diagnostic instruments
  
• Support demonstrations, setups, and operator guidance for complex equipment
  
• Complete detailed service reports and documentation after each visit
  
• Order and install replacement parts as needed to restore functionality
  
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain effective communication with clients
  
• Adhere to on-site scheduling and attendance requirements
  
• Work variable shifts including up to 12-hour shifts in a shipyard environment
  

• Proven experience as a Field Service Representative or in a similar technical field support role
  
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  
• Basic knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and assembly
  
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks under minimal supervision
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Must meet all safety and security requirements to work within a naval yard
  

• Prior experience working in a naval shipyard or defense-related facility
  
• Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical assembly and component-level repair
  
• Familiarity with military-grade systems and equipment
  
• Relevant technical certifications or formal vocational training
