Overview/General Description The Sales Engineer for Food Service Management (FSM) works with the sales team to ensure Xenial solutions align with the customers' needs based on business objectives and technical requirements. The Sales Engineer for Food Service Management (FSM) will establish key relationships with the customers' technical leadership, help build a customer solution map, and work closely with teams within Xenial to ensure the success and delivery of solutions to customers. Responsibilities
Assist the sales team to promote, evangelize and educate their customers on-site or through remote meetings. Provide proactive communication to sales teammates to empower them to effectively promote and sell all solutions. Lead effort to collect functional requirements by coordinating with our customers, development and product teams. Work closely with the Onboarding Team to help prepare for and stage labs with the customers to ensure the success of the proposed program. Identify and address risk factors, changes in scope, and external dependencies, and implement innovative solutions to keep projects moving forward. Work with Product Managers, Professional Services, Product Management, and Development to understand the solutions and product directions and to communicate this information to the sales, partner and distributor organizations. Lead preparation for technical presentations and software solution demonstrations in coordination with the sales executives and leadership to support new business and revenue growth.

Basic Qualifications
5 years experience or Bachelor's Degree in related field Prior experience with the Xenial FSM solutions is required. 3 to 5 years enterprise software experience in a Pre-Sales support role is preferred. Executive presence required. Excellent oral, writing, and presentation skills and ability to interact professionally with customers. Exceptional organization, time management skills and multitasking skills. Solid understanding of product management life cycle in order to skillfully facilitate change requests from customers. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced sales environment while driving results.
Expectations
Travel up to 50% in a given month, overall for a year at 15% Three days per week in the office with two days of remote work.
