How can you make an impact?

The Enterprise Account Specialist (EAS) drives, implements, manages and develops the operational functions that enable McGraw Hill content to be delivered through Affordable Access (AA) Programs at over 1,500 Colleges & Universities nationwide. The EAS creates strategies and processes that drive the renewal, maintenance and growth of our existing AA Revenue Base. You will oversee and ensure the accuracy and integrity of Enterprise Sales Transactions working independently to ensure McGraw Hill digital content is delivered seamlessly to students and ensuring McGraw Hill is paid for these transactions correctly while independently overseeing channel billing processes with our distribution partners.

The Enterprise Account Specialist will serve as the liaison both externally with channel partners and internally within McGraw Hill for all AA Operations and as part of these responsibilities the EAS will be required to exercise independent judgment and decisions around smart Affordable Access and ensuring that transition into a model lifts revenue for all involved parties. Your critical thinking, organizational, analytical, and relationship-building skills will ensure the operational excellence of our current and future AA Institutional Partnerships. Reporting to the Associate Director of Enterprise Account Specialists, your work will play a pivotal role in delivering high quality affordably priced course materials that drive engagement and student success.

This is a remote position open to applicants located in the US and authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Create and execute strategies aimed at growing Affordable Access at existing accounts.
  • Take ownership of tracking, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of pricing, product specifications, and delivery of McGraw Hill digital content via our AA programs.
  • Independently manage relationships and communication with all stakeholders, both internally at McGraw Hill and externally with all channels, bookstore and distribution partners, related to our AA Business and Revenue.
  • Develop strategies for oversight of codeless offer set ups, ensuring timely delivery of digital content to students while proactively resolving issues as they arise throughout the term.
  • Manage updates to products, pricing, and delivery while auditing data provided by external channel partners to ensure accuracy and safeguard McGraw Hill AA Revenue.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with a general understanding of the Higher Education market.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Implementation Consultant.
  • Strong analytical, decision making, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to independently solve problems, resolve issues, and thrive in a rapidly evolving work environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong external and internal relationships while managing and overseeing large amounts of data associated with Enterprise Sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills.

The pay range for this position is between $50,000 - $65,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
