Covia is looking for a dynamic Sales Services Administrator who will have a positive impact on our team based in the Charlotte, NC market. The Sales Services Administrator is accountable to Provide support to Sales, Customer Service and A/R teams in processing requests for Return Material Authorizations and Invoice Credits and/or Debits. The individual is also responsible to ensure appropriate documentation supporting these requests is provided, and stored, for audit purposes.

The successful incumbent will have the following Key Accountabilities:



  • Receive, review, research and create Return Material Authorizations in IFS. Maintain supporting documentation for RMAs to justify them.
  • Receive, review, research and create Credit and/or Debit Invoice corrections in IFS. Maintain supporting documentation for corrections to justify them.
  • Provide monthly reporting of RMA and Credit activity, identifying trends and areas that need improvement.
  • Work with external vendor and provide supporting documents to clear customs for shipments coming from Canada into the US.
  • Acting back up for the Data Steward role.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


The successful incumbent will have the following Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent knowledge.
  • 3+ years IFS or related ERP knowledge a plus.
  • MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of process flows.
  • Project Management.
  • Collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing within a team of professionals to deliver set targets.
