Position Summary

As a Sr Expert IT Solution Architect, you will design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions for Nestle North Zone Americas. In this role, you will drive the design, development, and optimization of distributed systems, frameworks, and tools, ensuring they meet business objectives. You will lead efforts in service management, programmability, usage pipelines, and service fundamentals like monitoring, security, performance, and live site reliability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design and deliver innovative solutions. This is a senior, technical leadership role working with leaders and across the team on design, architecture, and delivery.

  • Thought leader that establishes guidance for product delivery teams with the goal to embed composable design practices, leverage AI to unlock value, and accelerate delivery flows
  • Manages and oversees the architecture design practices for the enterprise, identifying packaged business capabilities, defining reference architecture, working closely with solution, data, platform and security architects
  • Provides inputs to the roadmap by utilizing knowledge of defined reference architectures, technology trends, and implementation experience
  • Facilitates the evaluation and selection of technology product standards and services, as well as the design of standard and custom configurations
  • Defines and ensures adherence to the guidelines, standards, and solution patterns to align product-based decisions with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision
  • Delivers a modular end-to-end solution design across multiple products or product groups, leveraging cloud native technology, microservices, and APIs to enable business agility
  • Enables the architecture and integration community through coaching, capability building, and the promotion of self-service delivery methods

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business or computer science, systems analysis or a related study
  • 4+ years of experience working as a solution architect, designing and managing complex IT solutions with cross functional integration experience, APIs and agile methodologies
  • 8+ years of experience in at least three IT solution development disciplines, including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management, or operations
  • 4+ years of experience in multiple, diverse technologies and environments including hybrid enterprise landscapes, multi-cloud, and on-premises solutions
  • 4+ years of experience working with cloud native technology, microservices, event driven architecture, and the importance of API-led design principles
  • 4+ years of experience applying architecture patterns that cover application, data, events, and API-led design concepts for scenarios such as business to business (B2B), eRetail, business to consumer (B2C), direct to consumer (DTC), social commerce, machines, and things

Other

  • 2+ years of experience working with AI/ML frameworks in enterprise projects, including a strong understanding of AI/ML ethics and practical application of ethical considerations in project implementation preferred
  • 1+ years of experience proposing and estimating the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives preferred
  • 1+ years of experience working with the SAP LeanIX tool preferred
  • 3+ years working with cloud platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, or SAP Cloud platform preferred
  • 3+ years of experience with MuleSoft preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $151,200- $184,500. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
