As our Manager of IT Functional / Business Relationship Management, you will play a critical role in orchestrating our Nestle USA digital transformation. You will lead and partner with Nestle USA (NUSA) business partners and Nestle IT teams across functions and Divisions to foster strong relationships, enable and shape a roadmap to prepare a future ready workforce by collaborating to build the digital fluency capabilities, lighten the weight of work and jointly deliver business value in line with the strategy through key projects like Every Day Digital.

You will interface with the regional and global IT teams and champion the IT strategy in alignment with Nestle USA business strategy, to ensure that the IT roadmap and associated product/project portfolio maximizes investment and value realization.

You will play an active role in in leading and coaching Project and Product Teams (Program Managers, IT leaders, business analysts, strategic partners ,etc.) through the delivery and transformation to deliver and integrate with business value as the guiding light. You will seek to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment and enable professional growth and development through regular feedback, training, and development opportunities.

  • Strategic Partner / Business Intimacy. Builds and fosters strong relationships and becomes a trusted partner for the business; develops deep understanding of the overall business, communicates and collaborates regularly with Business
  • Translate business outcomes and needs into clear outputs, business requirements into deliverables for the initiative of the assigned function.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for how the IT function's services and technologies can enable or enhance business capabilities and drive value.
  • Facilitate effective communication channels between the IT function and business stakeholders, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and shape demand for new or improved IT services and solutions by capturing their needs and educating them on IT capabilities and potential solutions
  • Jointly set strategic objectives for programs and ensure alignment to then orchestrate the delivery of set objectives by creating the conditions for successful delivery, providing guidance and support to program and project teams and removing barriers.
  • Collaborate with IT functional teams and business units to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Orchestrate and lead value delivery of the IT function's services to the business.
  • Jointly and collaboratively enable digital transformation through building capabilities, championing change management, effectively leveraging Data, AI and technology.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and innovation within the IT function to better serve the business units.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the business units and the IT function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of combined IT experience
  • 5+ years ofexperience in managing stakeholders within a global, matrixed organization
  • 1+ years experience with implementing strategies for new business models or for new markets

Other

  • 1+ years of Project, Product, or Program Management experience preferred
  • 1+ years of Data Analysis and AI tools experience preferred
  • 1+ years of Automation, RPA, andAI Assistantsexperience preferred
  • 1+ years of Change Management experience preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is$145,265-$181,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Nestle offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
