Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Manager with over 9 years of expertise in SAP ECC & or S/4HANA.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client management and delivery management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in driving medium and large-scale SAP implementations. As a Project Manager, will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery, and aligning strategic goals with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:


  • Implementation of a guided procurement solution, with LevelPath as the selected tool
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP ECC & / or S/4HANA Projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Develop and maintain program governance structures, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Oversee project managers and teams, providing guidance and support.
  • Orchestrate procurement processes.
  • Guided approach for appropriate buying channel.
  • Integrate with Enterprise Data Fabric (EDF).
  • Integrate using Mulesoft API with EDF, S/4 HANA, Ariba and LevelPath.
  • Design, Build, test and deploy fully integrated solution.


Client Management:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, ensuring that project deliverables align with their business goals.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide comprehensive reports to clients on project progress, risks, and issues.


Stakeholder Management:


  • Engage with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to ensure alignment and support for the program.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders to address concerns and manage expectations.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and updates to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.


Delivery Management:


  • Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
  • Monitor and manage program deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans to ensure program success.
  • Leading E2E Testing which includes Regression/Functional/Interface/Performance comprising of Automation and Manual Test
  • Managing Quality Gate success Criteria across the landscape and leading the cutover strategy


Financial Management:


  • Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Monitor project costs and resource allocation, making adjustments as necessary to stay within budget.
  • Experience: Minimum of 9 years of experience in SAP ECC & / Or S/4HANA implementation, with a focus on program, project, and delivery management.
