Short Description

The Administrative Manager of the Cooper Women and Children's Institute (WCI) expands the depth of the institute leadership team and ensures a consistent, in-depth focus on quality, experience, growth, and financial goals & objectives. Key areas of responsibility will include oversight of provider scheduling protocols and templates to increase patient access, operational concerns and improvements in collaboration with ambulatory sites to streamline processes and improve patient and provider experience, office-based procedure workflow to ensure completed pre-authorizations and accurate scheduling and tracking of core institute metrics to highlight areas of successes and opportunities.

Manage day-to-day responsibilities and performances of institute administrative staff/surgical schedulers who bridge the gap of patient care needs between the institute, call center, ambulatory, nurse coordinators, and providers.
Collaborate with key organizational partners within WCI and Cooper (Ambulatory, Patient Access Center, Ambulatory Call Center, ABS/Health Care Access, Patient Relations, IT, etc.) and serve as the primary point of contact to implement new programs and enhance existing workflows within WCI.
Manage providers' PTO, scheduling protocols, template modifications, and schedule utilization
Track key institute metrics and prepare/maintain dashboards and performance reports as needed
