Clinical Research Business Operations Supervisor, Cardiology

• Assist the Clinical Research Business Manager with the financial assessment and management of all clinical research budgets, research accounts and invoicing within the clinical trials unit. (20%)
• Train and mentor the business analyst team. (20%)
• Preparation of financial reports and management reports to evaluate and manage the CTU portfolio. (20%)
• Review and provide oversight for the development and the negotiation of the study budgets, clinical trials agreement and research grants. (20%)
• Continually assess and develop new internal processes for study activation and post award activities to streamline the research process. (20%)
