Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges-the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you've come to the right place.
Your Impact
As a Product Manager I, Events Technology, you will be part of our global Travel and Events Technology Team. The Travel and Events Technology Team is part of the global Travel and Events Team, which is part of the global Procurement Department. This team focuses on the selection, implementation, integration, and management of events related technologies. The aim of these technologies is to facilitate the creation of, and registration to, events and group meetings.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. You will lead the entire journey of a product area, from its initial conception to its successful delivery and beyond. Your vision and leadership will be instrumental in setting ambitious goals and ensuring alignment with our business objectives and strategic goals.
You will work closely with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams, guiding product managers, designers, and technical talent to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions that drive significant business value. Your ability to define and track clear objectives and key results (OKRs) will ensure that all efforts are aligned with our broader product strategy.
You will plan for and ensure customer-drive design, considering user pain points and usability test results, while using market & industry knowledge to deliver the right products. You will make critical decisions on product direction and scope, continuously coaching and mentoring your teams to maintain alignment with the broader product vision and ensure progress remains on track to meet business goals.
You will set an ambitious and clear product vision and strategy for your product area. Your effective prioritization, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven decision-making will be essential to driving success and achieving key business outcomes. Through your leadership, you will navigate challenges and streamline the decision-making process, ultimately shaping the future of our product offerings.
Your work will help us bring people together to create positive, enduring change in the world.
Your Growth
You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.
When you join us, you will have:
  • Continuous learning: Our learning and apprenticeship culture, backed by structured programs, is all about helping you grow while creating an environment where feedback is clear, actionable, and focused on your development. • A voice that matters: From day one, we value your ideas and contributions. You'll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm's diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Exceptional benefits: In addition to a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, mental health, and vision coverage for you, your spouse/partner, and children.
Your qualifications and skills

  • 4+ years of industry experience, ideally with both consulting and product development background
  • Previous digital responsibilities, preferably in an events technology role
  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle
  • Comfort working with technical & business teams

  • Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning
  • Ability to create work product-focused materials / outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverables
