Your Mission

Power Management division (a part of Regal Rexnord company) is a growing organization with sites across Canada, USA, and Mexico. It consists of two business units - Thomson Power Systems and Marathon Special Products. We are currently seeking a strategic and dynamic Divisional Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across both business units. As a Divisional Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance brand presence across North America.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement divisional marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives for both Thomson Power Systems and Marathon Special Products

  • Lead marketing planning and budget allocation across multiple sites and business units

  • Establish marketing performance metrics and reporting systems for divisional leadership

  • Drive digital transformation and marketing automation initiatives

  • Cross-functional Management:

  • Partner with BU Leaders and sales teams to develop market-specific strategies

  • Collaborate with corporate marketing to ensure brand consistency while meeting divisional needs

  • Coordinate with product development teams on go-to-market strategies for new products

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee website management and digital presence for both business units

  • Build and manage an annual marketing plan including trade shows, events, and campaigns

  • Review and update existing marketing collateral and identify new collateral needed to support sales team

  • Ensure all marketing materials meet corporate brand standards and regulatory requirements

  • Manage divisional marketing budget and optimize resource allocation

  • Drive brand awareness and generate leads through digital marketing campaigns

Market Intelligence:

  • Lead market research initiatives to identify growth opportunities

  • Develop competitive intelligence programs

  • Direct Voice of Customer (VOC) programs across North America

  • Provide strategic insights to executive leadership on market trends and opportunities

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field

  • 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in leadership roles

  • Experience managing multi-site teams and complex marketing budgets

  • Proven track record in B2B industrial marketing, preferably in power management or related industries

  • Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities

  • Advanced proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools

  • Experience managing agency relationships and external vendors

  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives

  • Excellent leadership and team development skills

  • Strong executive presence and communication skills

  • Ability to travel up to 30% within North America

Expected Salary:____________________________________

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
