"I can succeed as a Retirement Plan Coordinator at Capital Group." As a Retirement Plan Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a book of business and enjoy providing day-to-day service and support for American Funds proprietary bundled plans, acting as the main point of contact for financial professionals and plan sponsors. You will research issues and questions to coordinate a timely resolution, as well as consider plan design changes by analyzing the plan's health to provide options for solutions. You enjoy consulting and coaching financial professionals/sponsors through change processes, including qualified plan and compliance testing, to ensure all data is provided in a timely manner and deliver all testing results. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
