Position Summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Operations to join our Connected Solutions team. The ideal candidate is an experienced, self-directed leader with strong operational, organizational, financial, collaboration, and communication skills that is interested in defining and leading business operations in the fast-paced, high-growth team.This is a high impact role for a candidate who is passionate about delivering results that maximize organizational return. The Sr. Mgr. Business Operations will play an integral role in defining and executing our business strategy to drive incremental growth for Regal Rexnord through digital enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of NPD and strategic business initiatives, setting standards, best practices, and ensuring clarity and responsiveness where required.

  • Define and analyze data-driven insights on business and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPI), providing insights and recommended solutions for problem areas.

  • Implement, monitor, and analyze success metrics and drive predictability in our business operations, with an analytical mindset and technical skills.

  • Lead and drive Policy Deployment, Annual Improvement Plans (AIP) and transformational Roadmaps for the Connected Solutions team.

  • Support strategic planning with leadership colleagues and drive regular cross functional standups to evaluate and disposition emergent issues.

  • Monitor operational expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings with meticulous attention to detail and diligent follow-through.

  • Identify, test, and implement new and better ways to solve problems using relevant Continuous Improvement/Lean tools and principles.

  • Design and operationalize models (process, tools, and governance) rooted in continuous improvement principles by instituting project management best practices by using PDCA (Plan, Do, Check and Adjust) or relevant methodology.

  • Coordinate supplier management efforts by establishing procurement, tracking, and communication policies and practices.

  • Develop a high-performance team by performance management, engaging, coaching, and training team members.

  • Oversee capital expenditure projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.

  • Identify, analyze, and drive initiatives to reduce/improve key processes, collaborating with production, supply chain, and quality teams.

  • Work closely with functional teams to identify bottlenecks, drive solutions, and implement best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product development, program management, or business operations roles; minimum of 5 years of management experience

  • Possess a strong bias for action

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and independently

  • Strong business and financial acumen

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and drive change across the team

  • Critical thinking skills to properly identify problem area and potential solutions

  • Experience managing legal contract development and execution, particularly legal process/project management

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Proven sense of high accountability and self-drive to take on and see through challenges

  • Proven ability to juggle and prioritize multiple action items at once

  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
