TransUnion has an immediate need for an experienced, passionate, and self-motivated Director, Partner Enablement Solution Architect to join our growing Data Science and Analytics team to help architect and contribute to a best-in-class technical delivery team. The Director, Partner Enablement Solution Architect role is a blend of technical consulting, data technology leadership, and marketing analytics expert tasked with developing best practices around product implementation, data integration and validation, and product delivery that will enable TransUnion to better support its clients and realize marketing value.

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in solution architecting, technical account management, sales engineering, integration consulting or related work experience in a technical client/partner-facingrole

  • 10+ Experience working with clients, product, and engineering teams - with the ability to breakdown complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university

  • Deep knowledge about adtech/martech industry; online advertising models (CPM, CPC, etc.) and ad operations

  • Working knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, HTTP, HTML,JSON, cookies/sessions, and REST APIs

  • Experience with SQL, web technologies/web programming languages is strongly preferred

  • Experience with big data platforms and large volume data analytics

  • Experience working with large and complex datasets, and analyzing data to identify gaps and inconsistencies

  • Strong collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills in a highly matrixed organization.

  • Possesses strong problem solving, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills.

  • Results oriented with strong time management and project management skills and must be highly organized and driven to succeed.

  • Sophisticated expertise and in-depth understanding of business and functional underlying concepts and principles.

  • Extensive, accurate product knowledge

  • Experience in indirectly managing senior leaders across the organization

Impact You'll Make:

  • The Director will manage a small, fast-paced, high performing and collaborative team; nurturing and enabling growth in the overall output and value to ensure they are fulfilling commercial, product, and strategic goals

  • The Director is responsible for guaranteeing the technical aspects of the assigned partner integrations (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance. They serve as liaisons between our partners and Engineering teams.

  • Act as the point of escalation for complaints and inaccuracies, and proactively working across the business to prevent additional issues by improving processes

  • The Director should be a solution-oriented advisor and must be able to understand and communicate advanced engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders.In addition to serving as a technical advisor, you will also help identify new opportunities where our products can better help our partners' businesses.

  • Partners internally with senior management or externally with industry leaders or specialists. Enable partner deal support, cross functional planning, relationship management, and analytical insights

  • Carefully think through commercial and implementation details, together with the partner and relevant internal departments

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $168,750.00 - $281,250 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
