Job Description

Torch Technologies Inc., is seeking a Corporate Proposal Director that willparticipate and assist in corporate growth strategies and pipeline growth for targeted markets.

• The candidate will have experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and support implementation of contract and proposal automation tools.
• The candidate should have experience with marketing, branding, and sales of hardware, software, product solutions, and professional services to all Military Branches, the Federal Government, and other DoD Agencies.
• The selected candidate will collaborate with the Vice President for Business Development and the Corporate leadership team on corporate pipeline growth and business pursuit strategies for targeted markets within the DoD and Federal Government.

Job Requirements

• Master'sDegree in Business Administration, a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Proposals function in a government contractor environment, including supervision/management experience.
• Candidate must have demonstrated experience in proposal development directing corporate proposal processes and managed proposal teams.
• The candidate must have experience as a proposal volume manager for proposals with duties including proposal writing, coordination of writing inputs, editing, and ensuring compliance with Government requirements.
• The candidate must have demonstrated proposal development experience in DoD markets to include Engineering Services, Missiles and Aviation systems, Radar Design and Development, Electronic Warfare, Hardware and Software Development, Test & Evaluation Services, Communications, Special Programs and Cyber Security.
• The candidate must have demonstrated experience developing and presenting executive-level forecast and financial metrics to senior executives and Executive Boards.
• The candidate should be an active member of a professional society associated with proposal development.
• The candidate must be Shipley Proposal trained and certified.
• The candidate must have an Active Secret Clearance.
