Student Internship - Design Center - Summer 2025

As a Resource Library Intern in Gensler's Boston office, you will join our creative studio environment for a full-time, paid internship opportunity running approximately from the June 3rd through August 8th 2025.

What You Will Do

• Gain knowledge of materials by experiencing presentations and sitting in on manufacturer's sales rep product meetings
• Daily filing, organization and weeding of existing materials. Labeling, ordering new samples, corresponding with sales representatives
• Help update the physical library to match our digital library of GPS compliant materials
• Assist designers with varied tasks
• Be responsible for packaging materials and contacting vendors for material returns.
• Update the online vendor directory
• Assist with school material donation packaging

Your Qualifications

• Completed first year of accredited undergraduate interior design program
• Possess outstanding organization, communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite
• Self-starter
• Strong Multi-tasker
• Resourceful
• Enthusiastic team player
