Test Technician
Location: McKinney, TX Job ID: #71040 Pay Range: $24.28-27.21 ph (W2) Duration: 12 mos These positions are ideal for individuals with a strong technical background seeking to contribute to national defense initiatives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct acceptance testing on production and development/prototype products. Utilize hand tools, torque tools, analyzers, and power tools for testing procedures. Interpret engineering drawings and follow detailed work instructions. Operate and set up test equipment, including multimeters and oscilloscopes. Input part information into the Factory Operating System (FOS) and document nonconformances. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Perform rework and in-process inspections as needed. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or AA/AS degree (or equivalent 2-year post-high school training). Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Active U.S. Secret Security needed. Experience in a manufacturing, microelectronics, aerospace, or defense environment is preferred. Desired Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings. Basic computer and math skills. Experience with robotic equipment, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) equipment, or high-voltage testing is a plus. Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
