Responsibilities:


  • Administrative Support: Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management. Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as needed.
  • Communication: Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel. - Respond to emails and inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel records, attendance logs, and other relevant documentation. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Office Supplies Management: Monitor and manage office supplies inventory. Place orders for supplies as needed and maintain organized supply storage areas. Meetings and
  • Events: Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and other events. Prepare meeting agendas, distribute materials, and take meeting minutes as required.
  • Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Manage sign-in and sign-out procedures for visitors.
  • Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail. Prepare outgoing mail and packages, including coordination with courier services.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to facilitate communication and information flow. Provide support to colleagues as needed.
  • Facility Coordination: Assist in coordinating maintenance and repairs for office equipment. Report facility-related issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by supervisors. Be flexible to take on various responsibilities to support the needs of the plant



Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • [X years] of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a manufacturing or plant setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
