Best People, Best Solutions, Best Results Job Summary: Senior professional performs the day to day administrative functions as outlined in the Provider Review procedures. Provides support to Quality Assurance Reviewers (QARs) and other managerial functions in the program. Qlarant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, regular capacity. This management-level position is based out of a home office in Delaware, with a requirement to travel up to 75% of the time. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance. Your role will involve developing and overseeing quality assurance, policies and procedures, as well as implementing quality improvement processes. You will lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that all contract goals are met. You will also be responsible for the creation and management of test plans, overseeing the execution of testing procedures, and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are adhered to. Collaborating with other departments, you will work to identify any issues or defects and devise solutions to resolve them, thereby enhancing product excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies and a proven track record of solid organization skills to help lead the team.
