Now Hiring: Machinist - Custom Fabrication & Problem Solving Focus

Are you more than just a button-pusher? Do you thrive in a hands-on, dynamic environment where every day brings a new challenge?

We're looking for a versatile, self-starting Machinist who excels in custom fabrication and creative problem-solving, not just production machining. This is not an OEM, high-volume role-it's for someone who can think on their feet, adapt quickly, and contribute to one-of-a-kind builds and prototypes.

What We Need:




  • A true problem solver-someone who enjoys figuring out how to make things work, not just following a program.



  • Experience with manual machining and custom setups-lathe, mill, drill press, and more.



  • Ability to build and design fixtures to suit unique parts and assemblies.



  • Strong mechanical aptitude with solid troubleshooting skills-can diagnose machining or setup issues and make adjustments independently.



  • Comfortable working in a low-volume, high-mix environment (not just button-pushing on CNCs).



  • A collaborative mindset-able to work closely with engineering, fabrication, and assembly teams.




Preferred Qualifications:




  • 5+ years in a job shop or custom machining environment



  • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation



  • Experience with welding, fabrication, or prototype builds a plus



  • Knowledge of material properties and machining techniques for metals, plastics, and composites
