Sr. Dot Net Full Stack Engineer (React-Azure) We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL Server C# Vue JS React JS SQL Azure Javascript and .Net Framework. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the companys growth and innovation. The position requires a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively in a day shift environment. Job Location: Charlotte - NC USA, Hybrid Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using SQL Server C# React JS SQL Azure Javascript and .Net Framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to optimize application performance. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes. Ensure all development activities comply with company policies and standards. Document software designs code and other technical artifacts to ensure maintainability. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status. Qualifications Must have strong experience with SQL Server C# React JS SQL Azure Javascript and .Net Framework. Should have a proven track record of developing and maintaining complex software systems. Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Should have experience with Agile development methodologies. Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Should have strong communication and collaboration skills. Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Should have a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently. Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development. Should have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. Must have experience with version control systems like Git. Should be familiar with cloud services particularly Azure. Must be able to mentor and guide junior team members effectively. The annual salary for this position is between $87- 114k depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
