Bilingual Recruiter Part-time | $1000 HIRING BONUS

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) recruiter who is eager to find the right fit for job applicants and enjoys regular interaction with a diverse group of individuals.

Duties will include: actively recruiting qualified candidates to fill open positions, facilitating new hire orientations to lay the foundation for a positive work experience, and providing ongoing employee relations to our valued team members.

A well-qualified candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources/Recruiting, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, be extremely organized, and be an effective communicator.

The schedule for this position is Monday and Tuesday 12pm-5pm, Wed and Thursday flexible five hours between 9am and 5pm, and Fridays off.

Essential Functions

• Recruit, interview, and screen applicants to fill current job openings.
• Respond to and resolve any employee requests/concerns in a timely manner.
• Set up orientation and personnel files.
• Performing various other administrative functions to support Human Resources Department.
