We are Canteen.* Job Summary Key Responsibilities: Daily duties include monitoring and correcting time sheets, reviewing attendance associates as needed, printing timecards, paystubs, W2,'s for associates as needed Entering vacation, sick, and holiday pay for associates. Responsible for expert knowledge of the employee handbook and company policies and procedures Assisting employees with requests such as helping employees with compass applications Responsible for completing the onboarding process for new hires Assisting with productivity reports and ensuring all associates are taking their lunch and breaks on time Tracking new hires and entering stay bonuses Processing off-cycle payments and bonus payments Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: Administrative/HR admin experience; payroll experience preferred Bilingual in English/Spanish Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to understand and suggest a resolution to issues SAP experience, preferred Apply to Canteen today!
