POSITION SUMMARYThe Regional Human Resources Operations Manager will serve as a multi-faceted, experienced leader within the HR Operations Team for U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture. This manager will be responsible for leading with demonstrated foresight in strategic thinking, delivering insights and solutions to accomplish targeted business strategies and leadership development leveraging People Resource (PR) programming. Partner with key business stakeholders on organization initiatives that contribute to the delivery of functional/business goals. Shape and support culture strategy, programming, and activities to ensure a meaningful work experience for all team members. Responsible for ensuring all company policies and procedures are in accordance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
This is a manager level position in which the individual will provide strategic HR support to U.S. AutoForce distribution centers while also providing direct leadership to a team of HR Business Partners within the region. This position will be located in Santa Fe Springs, CA with expectations to travel to Southern California locations and the greater Southwest region. Travel locations may evolve as business needs change. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

U.S. Venture's compensation range is specific to location and takes into account a wide rangeoffactorsthat are considered including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstancesofeachcase. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base annual salary only, and do not include bonus or incentives, if applicable.
