ABOUT THE JOB: The Managing Director (MD) will source, pitch and execute transactions. Individuals are highly skilled at managing clients, identifying opportunities and running all aspects of an M&A process. They are widely recognized for deal origination and execution capabilities across a wide variety of transaction types including sell-sides, buy-sides, going privates, corporate divestitures, capital raises and Fairness Opinions. In addition, they have extensive transaction experience with public and private companies as well as private equity-owned businesses. They have proven client relationship skills and are capable of independent business development activity in partnership with Industry partners. WHAT YOU'LL GET FROM THIS OPPORTUNITY:

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $325,000 to $350,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
