External Field About the Program: Program Details: Zayo is seeking a dynamic and motivated People & Culture (P&C) Intern to join our team for a 10-week internship. As a People & Culture (P&C) Intern , you will gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Compensation. This internship offers an opportunity to explore how HR drives business success by supporting employees, shaping company culture, and implementing key initiatives. You will engage in real-world projects, collaborate with HR professionals, and develop foundational skills in recruitment, employee learning, organizational development, and compensation analysis. By the end of the program, you will have valuable experience across multiple HR functions and a final project to showcase your learnings. Qualifications:
Estimated Base Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 USD/hour. The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance and 401(k). The posting will be active for a minimum of 3 days.
