Position Overview: The Senior Case Management Specialist is responsible for processing background check requests for potential sponsors of unaccompanied children. They receive background check requests (both fingerprint and child abuse and neglect), work with respective federal or state agencies to compile existing information. Coordination of the delivery of that information to the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) or ACF designee. They are responsible for timely email request responses and coordination, as well as evaluating various database searches for potential sponsor information. Senior Case Management Specialists are expected to serve in an advisory capacity to the Junior Case Management Specialists based on their additional experience. This is a Ready Reserve position involves a comprehensive hiring process, including interviews with both PSI and the specific Program Manager or Team Lead, along with a background check and drug screen for Protection Strategies, Inc. Successful candidates will be placed on a Ready Reserve List and considered for placement as vacancies arise. There is not an open position at this time. Key Responsibilities:
