PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As an integral part of the Worley Graduate Community, this entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to global energy, chemicals, and resources projects under the guidance of experienced professionals. You will be part of a collaborative engineering team that helps deliver sustainable, forward-thinking solutions for complex challenges. This role supports Worley's strategic ambition of leading the energy transition and building a more sustainable future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to support the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems for projects that span traditional and renewable energy sectors.
• Assist in delivering mechanical engineering services that align with Worley's technical standards, customer expectations, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to engineering studies and technical assessments that guide project planning, risk management, and innovation.
• Participate in the creation of technical documentation including drawings, specifications, reports, and calculations in support of sustainable project solutions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity across engineering phases.
