OUR ROLE: DIRECTOR OF E-COMMERCE

We're looking for a digitally fluent, results-driven, and commercially sharp Director of E-Commerce to lead growth across our U.S. brand portfolio-including Waterford, Royal Copenhagen, Georg Jensen, Wedgwood, Royal Albert, and Royal Doulton. You'll set strategy, guide a high-performing team, and work cross-functionally to turn ideas into impact-elevating how our brands show up online and driving strong commercial results.

This role blends strategy and action. From site experience to product launches, from performance marketing to digital shelf, you'll own what happens across our U.S. brand sites-and shape what comes next. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy connecting dots across teams, and love building what doesn't yet exist-this might be your next move.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Wall, NJ, US and reports to the VP, Sales Vita America.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Set the U.S. e-commerce strategy and priorities across our full brand portfolio

  • Lead, coach, and grow a results-driven team focused on performance and innovation

  • Localize brand and digital experiences for the U.S. market-ensuring clarity, consistency, and relevance

  • Build assortments, drive launch readiness, and partner with planning on accurate forecasting

  • Own the digital shelf-ensuring every PDP is optimized for conversion and aligned to our premium positioning

  • Track performance, surface insights, and use data to inform strategy and execution

  • Oversee U.S. digital marketing strategy and budget-from campaign planning to traffic-driving activations

  • Partner cross-functionally to unlock commercial opportunities and improve processes

  • Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh ideas to the table

WHO YOU ARE

  • An e-commerce leader with 8 + years in DTC, and omnichannel environments

  • Experienced across content, UX, assortment planning, performance marketing, and analytics

  • A team builder who leads with clarity, energy, and accountability

  • A strategic thinker who also gets things done-comfortable toggling between the two

  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to optimize

  • Collaborative, curious, and excited by change-not intimidated by it

  • Familiar with the luxury, premium, or lifestyle space (bonus but not required)
