Are you interested in playing a direct role in building demand in a B2B tech company and getting exposure to a highly skilled Marketing team? Do you find joy in keeping things organized, on track, and coordinated across teams? Then this role is for you. The Global Marketing Campaign Co-op position is designed for someone eager to dive into the tactical aspects of executing global marketing campaigns, understand how campaigns are created, measured, and tracked, and learn how to bring strategic insights from different areas of the business into an actionable campaign initiative. You'll be responsible for working collaboratively with the Growth Marketing team to help execute large campaigns and smaller sales plays. You'll have the opportunity to learn new marketing software (6Sense, Marketo, SalesLoft, Sendoso, and Salesforce), get a look into how we reach and convert target buyers, and see how a fast-growing tech company leverages AI to optimize processes and drive campaign success.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the global Growth Marketing team in developing strategic programs through the planning and execution phases

  • Manage project timelines and collaborate with project managers to ensure campaign assets are delivered on time

  • Support the global webinar strategy, including assisting with content and topics, defining target audiences, promotion strategy, and platform set up and execution

  • Support content creation guided by corporate messaging and product marketing for emails, landing pages, sales outreach, and others as necessary

  • Use tools like 6Sense, Marketo, Salesforce, and others to create and track email, direct mail, lead gen, and conversational email (AI agent) campaigns

  • Participate in ongoing opportunities to learn new skills and leverage your talents to grow on the Marketing team

  • General administration of your projects: keep calendars up to date, communicate project updates to stakeholders, etc.

  • Ad hoc responsibilities as assigned

What You'll Bring:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field

  • 0-2+ years of relevant work experience. Previous internship or experience in marketing projects is a plus

  • Excellent planning, project management, and decision-making skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines while balancing multiple projects

  • A self-starter with a growth mindset

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Creative, passionate, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be online working and available for mutually agreed hours each week

  • Comfortable taking initiative and making decisions after project guidance given
