We are seeking an expert Delivery Lead with 12 to 16 years of demonstrated ability. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Asset and Wealth Management. This onsite role offers the opportunity to work in a sophisticated environment giving to the companys technological advancements and overall success.

Handling the customer Governance

Connect with customer team members on frequent basis to identify potential opportunities

Running transformation efforts

Active participation on Hiring and evaluating the performance of the team

Owning the finance for the account

Associate should be in a position to run through the entire Infra delivery

Focus on customer Governance Financials Organization initiatives

Implement automation and transformation ideas for the customer program

Socialize with customer on enabling GenAi solutions in Infra layer

Associate should have strong customer governance skill and engage them very actively

The annual salary for this position is ($142,500, - $167,500) depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
