We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Manager to join our Policy and Ratings team. Our Policy & Ratings Team supports the development of building codes, product standards, and other policies, as well as rating systems that assess energy and environmental performance metrics. As a member of the Energy Solutions team, you will have a broad impact on state, national and international energy markets through our work for major utilities, city and state governments, and other national leaders in energy efficiency policy. The person selected to fill this position will leverage experience in project management, subcontractor management, stakeholder engagement, and in-depth knowledge of building energy technologies. Experience in (one or more) lighting (including networked lighting controls), HVAC, water heating, envelope, water efficiency, demand response, distributed generation, data analytics, and related technology solutions is desired to help create large scale savings for our clients. Previous experience working with building codes, appliance efficiency standards as well as building energy simulation software, is desirable. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Compensation to commensurate with experience with the pay band of $105k - $137k/Annually Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package.
