Your Role This is an on-site position based in our Chicago office, supporting locations across the North Central region. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. This position demands a self-starter and a skilled communicator (written and verbal) who can effectively manage and prioritize support tasks in a dynamic team. The individuals within this team demonstrate a high sense of ownership, urgency, and collaborative attitude. Successful specialists are dynamic, empathetic, and can apply a broad range of technology knowledge and acquired understanding of our creative business, IT scope and that of our technology ecosystem towards timely support with focus on collaborative approach and client satisfaction. What You Will Do I. Build and maintain current knowledge and understanding of core IT infrastructure in place at Gensler - including Endpoint, Storage + Server, Networking, Security and AV technologies - to be able to work effectively and deliver results. The following highlights key system-based tasks.

Build and maintain current knowledge and understanding of Gensler's workflows including ecosystem of productivity apps - used in conjunction with web-based collaboration platforms and our virtual computing platform - to be able to address support requests related to them. Primarily these apps/web-based platforms include:

**The base salary range is $60,000 to $85,000, commensurate with relevant experience. In addition, standard benefits will be offered, and employees will be eligible for bonuses. *This role is in-person within our flexible culture.
