As a Workplace Engineer you will be successful by supporting and improving the technology experience for the region.

The Workplace Engineering team is involved the everyday user experience and technology journey for the North American region (primarily the United States but also includes Canada and Mexico). If it impacts the ability for an employee to work, or their experience with technology, then the team is involved in it in some way. The right person does not have to have experience in all areas but the demonstrated ability to learn and apply what is learned. Written and verbal communications is a large part of what is done so the ability to interact with technical and non-technical people is key.

• Manage and support physical hardware for the region: laptops, desktops, copiers, printers, audio video equipment, room schedulers, and other as necessary.
• Manage and support software installs and updates for the region.
• Mentor and provide training to Service Desk team as needed.
• Identify cause of technical problems and provide resolution.
• Develop clear and concise documentation for end users and support teams.

To be considered for the Workplace Engineer role, you must have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology or 2+ years of experience with Desktop Support or SMS/SCCM deployments.
• Ability to travel regionally, up to 35%
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Rabobank is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.

Target Hiring Range: $72,000.00 - $82,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
