  • Role Focus: Conduct in-home flooring sales by visiting customers, demonstrating products, and providing tailored flooring solutions based on customer needs. Hot leads are provided to support sales efforts.
  • Requirements: Valid driver's license and vehicle with space for flooring samples, comfort with carrying samples into homes, ability to attend both virtual and in-person sales meetings/trainings, and availability for evenings and weekends. Candidates must achieve a minimum of two self-generated sales monthly and be proficient with tablets, measuring devices, and sample boards. Professional presentation is required.
  • Schedule: Flexible, with shifts including Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Saturday, requiring evening and weekend work. Exact schedule is provided at the interview stage.
  • Compensation: $50,000 to $70,000 based on 100% commission, plus additional commission bonus opportunities. Commissions are paid weekly, and the role offers uncapped earning potential.
