Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure PaaS, OpenShift, OAUTH, and Restful APIs. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our infrastructure technology to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the company's growth. Responsibilities Manage and optimize infrastructure technology to ensure seamless operations. Implement and maintain Azure PaaS solutions to support business applications. Deploy and manage containerized applications using Openshift. Ensure secure authentication and authorization using OAUTH protocols. Develop and maintain Restful APIs to enable integration with various systems. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet infrastructure requirements. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders. Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates and patches. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Document infrastructure configurations and procedures for future reference. Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to continuously improve infrastructure. Qualifications Must have strong experience with Azure PaaS solutions. Must have hands-on experience with Openshift for container management. Must have expertise in OAUTH protocols for secure authentication. Must have experience in developing and maintaining Restful APIs. Nice to have experience with hybrid work models and day shift operations. Nice to have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Nice to have strong communication and collaboration skills. Certifications Required Azure Solutions Architect Expert Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 5/17/2025 The annual salary for this position is between $49,001 - $123,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
