Quality Technician ahh Quality Responsibilities: * Quality Management Systems - ISO 9001:2015 Standard * Lead ISO Audits (Internal/External) * Lead Quarterly Management Reviews * Lead Quality Technical Processes * Utilize ERP Database * Comprehend Engineering Drawings * Identify and support customer (internal/external) quality requirements * Lead RMA's, Non-Conformance, Root Cause Analysis processes * Support NPI, PPAP/First Article Inspection, APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning), Control Plan, PFEMA, incoming inspection plans * CFAT (Military Inspection) * Ensure product is manufactured to IPC-620/Customer standards * Manage and support 5S, calibration, and testing requirements * Support preventative maintenance program * Lead continuous improvement strategies Education and Experience Requirements: * Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or Equivalent is preferred * 2 years of Quality experience, Manufacturing, or Customer Service experience * Bi-lingual in Spanish/English is preferred * Wire harness assembly experience is preferred * Physically fit and able to lift 25 lbs. or more Quality Skills: * Excellent written and oral communication (Outlook, MS Office), Excel proficiency * Strong sense of urgency and good time management * Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams Work Hours & Benefits * Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (all onsite) * $52,000 - 65,000/year, depending upon experience * Health insurance monthly supplement * Paid vacations and holidays * Referral bonus opportunities * 401(k) Plan offered |
