The Sr Director of PreSales - Oracle Health will help architect client and vertical specific solutions by identifying custom needs and determining the best approach to solve via custom client development, platform team prototyping, or core product development while simultaneously providing input to the Product Engineering organization to help define future product roadmaps. The primary focus of the role, however, will be client facing, partnering closely with the field sales organization to provide solutions to solve business problems throughout pitches to drive campaigns, client implementations/activations and ongoing product usage. Educate internal teams and evangelize Oracle Healths product suite capabilities and features; Serve as technical subject matter expert and consult on use of the products and services; Liaise between product engineering and field sales in crafting solutions to help close new business, respond to RFI/RFPs in a timely manner, and manage and upsell Oracles current client base focusing on solutions needed to solve client problems; Work with the application product engineering team to drive innovation; Contribute to product development and engineering roadmaps with client-centered feedback Career Level - M5

The ideal candidate will be a consultative architect with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. This candidate will combine strong hands-on SaaS experience with a consulting background and experience working with global clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with clients and stakeholders to understand business problems and craft custom and/or repeatable product solutions to solve them. This candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud software offerings and new industry trends. Partner with field sales, product development/engineering and internal stakeholders in the development of responses/presentations to functional and technical leadership Be a recognized and respected subject matter expert for internal and cross pillar teams Focus on current install base while contributing to the development and implementation of new customer acquisition strategy Continued guidance to customer success teams on unique client solutions after implementation Establish relationships with client-facing talent throughout the business to deliver on the promise in market Directly lead large, geographically-distributed Solution Engineering team Be part of the Solutions team leadership: within the application business specifically & across North America Solutions generally Define skillsets needed for the continued evolution of the application Sales Consulting organization and cultivate those strengths amongst current and future team members Scale quickly; implement a model to empower internal and customer-facing teams to leverage the product offering at scale Maintain strong, active relationships with key customer stakeholders Assist in training new Oracle employees on the technical aspects of our products and services Document and report relevant marketplace learnings and customer requests to inform future product development

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $149,700 to $270,800 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40 - 65/35.
