What You Bring:

Education:

  MSW from an accredited school of social work.

  
  

Knowledge & Expertise:

  Strong grasp of biopsychosocial and cultural aspects of clinical social work.

  Proficiency in systems and procedures within healthcare-based social work.

  
  
• 
  

  In-depth understanding of community resources and the broader healthcare landscape.

  Ability to collect, assess, and synthesize patient data to inform care decisions.

Licensure:

  Must hold LMSW licensure through the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners.

  Exceptions considered for those licensed in other jurisdictions who meet state requirements and are in the process of obtaining Maryland licensure.

  
  

Experience:

• 
  

  At least 1 year of hands-on clinical social work experience (internships may be considered), preferably in a mental health or healthcare setting.

  
  

Salary Range: Minimum $31.92/hour - Maximum $52.69/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
