Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the Corporate FP&A team at Tactile. With a primary focus on the Sales organization, you will support the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes, provide ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decisions, and partner with executive business leaders. You will help drive critical initiatives and expand our FP&A capabilities through technology, analysis, and business partnership. The ideal candidate will have experience in traditional financial analysis and expertise in leveraging analytic tools to translate operational data into financial plans.
Responsibilities
- Manage annual budget preparation and operating plan process for assigned departments
- Drive the implementation of and manage quarterly financial forecast process for assigned departments
- Ownership of monthly internal management reporting packages and related analysis
- Serve as a key strategic business partner to assigned departments
- Develop and Prepare business analytics, KPI's and reporting against organizational goals and metrics
- Prepare financial models for current and future projects
- Support preparation of financial reports and presentations for the Board of Directors
- Lead analysis of projects that deliver key insights for making critical business decisions
- Monitor expenditures and recommend appropriate course of action when issues are identified
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience
- Experience forecasting revenue drivers and related operating expense
- Experience with at least one of the following; Hyperion, , Essbase, SQL, Power Query, Power BI, Tableau
Preferred:
- Previous experience in Med-tech/DME/Health Insurance/Healthcare
- Previous Experience in Sales Finance (quota setting, commissions calculations, etc.)
- Experience with process improvement and change management
- Experience in analyzing and synthesizing large amounts of data and information
Knowledge & Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources; identify and analyze business and financial drivers and trends
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong time management skills and ability to work under time pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Below is the starting salary range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience.
$70,800 - $99,120
