Job Description

We are seeking a Director Product Manager, Technical Evangelismto play a critical role in driving technical thought leadership and strategic engagement across our Sales Engineers, Demo Teams, Enablement, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams. This individual will serve as the bridge between technical innovation and go-to-market execution, ensuring alignment, scalability, and industry leadership.

The ideal candidate possesses deep industry expertise, technical acumen, and familiarity with the competitive landscape. They are a strategic thinker with a "Think Big" mentality-not just solving problems but designing repeatable programs and scalable motions that drive adoption and impact. This role requires strong program management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence senior leadership.

While this position does not have direct reports, it demands a leadership mindset, working with executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders to drive high-impact initiatives.

Technical Evangelism & Strategic Engagement:

  • Act as a strategic bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and alignment.
  • Engage with Sales Engineers, Demo Teams, Enablement, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to enhance technical storytelling and product positioning.
  • Develop and drive thought leadership programs, educating internal and external stakeholders on key product innovations, industry trends, and competitive differentiators.
  • Represent the company at industry events, customer briefings, and executive engagements to articulate the technical vision and strategy.

Program & Operations Management:

  • Identify and build repeatable programs that drive efficiency, scalability, and adoption across sales and product teams.
  • Own the development and execution of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring collaboration between technical and go-to-market teams.
  • Track and measure success metrics, iterating on programs for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain dashboards, reporting structures, and operational processes to support data-driven decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement:

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to translate complex technical concepts into business value for sales and marketing teams.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to create technical training and content that empowers field teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to shape messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring strategic alignment across initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, technical evangelism, program management, or a similar leadership function in CX/EX Space.
  • Experience working in high-growth, startup-like environments or scaling business units.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in cloud, SaaS, AI, or other relevant technology domains.
  • Deep understanding of the competitive landscape and ability to articulate differentiators effectively.
  • Ability to think beyond immediate problem-solving to build scalable, repeatable programs.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Unwavering trustworthiness and discretion-this role requires handling highly confidential and strategic matters.
  • A people-first, positive attitude-someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and enabling success across teams.
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Asana or Monday.com.
  • A humble, hands-on, team-first mindset-no task is too big or too small.
