In this role, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and skilled physical therapy services to our residents, including evaluations, developing and implementing individual treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and guiding discharge planning. You will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of those we serve, while expanding your own expertise.




Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
  • Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment is preferred
