Overview
This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office located in either Raleigh, NC or Phoenix, AZ. As a Human Resources Service Center Generalist - Onboarding Generalist, you will be a member of the bank's HR Service Center team. This position is primarily responsible for supporting the onboarding administration program. This role will partner with key stakeholders as required. Contributes to a positive onboarding experience from reviewing background check results to entering candidate data into our onboarding systems before processing them to hire. Contributes to a positive associate experience by providing an excellent onboarding experience. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and experience in Call Center and/or Human Resources OR High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in Call Center and/or Human Resources Preferred Areas of Experience:
