THE JOB:

As an Usher at the MassMutual Center, your role is crucial in shaping a positive and memorable atmosphere for guests; by offering a warm welcome and personalized service, you will connect with visitors, listen to their individual stories, and ensure their needs are met, ultimately crafting unforgettable experiences that extend well beyond their time at the center.

THE STARTING RATE: $15.00 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Engages and acknowledges all guests in a friendly and outgoing manner
• Review tickets to ensure correct event information
• Assist guests in finding their seats or directing them around the theater

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
• Must be 18 years old
