Job Description:

Scope:

This position is responsible to coordinate and execute the critical ship and month end lists; deliver product to and from departments as needed; effectively communicate to department supervisors and leads when delivering critical jobs to their areas. Must be able to handle a fast-paced environmental with a very high volume workload.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and update the critical ship and hot job lists.
  • Facilitate month end jobs to meet/exceed company goals.
  • Manage schedules for specific products.
  • Perform production activities when necessary to meet goals or as short term substitute operator.
  • Alert department supervisors and leads on critical product when delivered.
  • Works effectively and responsibly with others.
  • Communicates regularly to supervisors and managers, suggests and composes procedural changes and process improvements, maintains a clean, safe work environment, and communicates to supervisors safety hazards and issues.
  • Accomplish all job related paperwork in the most accurate, timely and ethical manner.
  • Follows all company Safety and ESD Program requirements.
  • Properly handle and dispose all waste, including hazardous wastes that are generated in daily operations as directed by the EHS department.
  • Responsible to report all accidents, near misses, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions. Perform job duties utilizing the required and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).Full participation in safety training and the ability to understand and follow directions identified in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA)PPE Assessments, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and all Safety Procedures and Alerts.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively to all levels or management and notify appropriate partied of issues and/or upcoming time-frames and deadlines.
  • Understanding of product flow as outlined on Critical Ship List and Month End List.
  • Ability to work overtime and is flexible to work weekends when necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for up to 9 hours a day.
  • Ability to communicate in English language clearly both written and verbal. Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, assist other departments when workloads demand it, and effectively work with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GEDand 2+ years technical related experience or equivalent in an electronics production environment as a lead preferred.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
