Job Posting Title CNC Setup Operator (Second Shift) Job Description Summary AAM is hiring a CNC Setup Operator for second shift openings! Pay starts at $23.77, with a $1,000 sign on bonus and increases with experience. Job Description Interact with Shift Supervisor, Team Leaders, Engineering and Manufacturing associates and help provide needed materials and proper set-up of all equipment and assist employees to safely operate equipment to make product that meets the Customer's expectations at levels of quality and productivity that meet or exceed the established plan. Responsibilities: Set Up machines including fixturing, tooling, trouble shooting, etc Preventive Maintenance on equipment, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly. Ability to understand and perform CMM checks and quality inspections. Ensure that the equipment is operating properly and safely throughout the shift. Assist with training and developing employees for further company growth.
